I have always wanted to use a clay pot for cooking but never got down to acquiring one. I always had visions of smoky firewood kitchens with some scrumptious curry bubbling on it, In ancestral homes. After checking with friends on how to season it, various suggestions taken and duly noted, I was all set to go. This time when I saw that clay pots were being sold close by, I got one . There was no need to season it as I was assured that it was pre seasoned. I use it quite often now and I would like to add my cook is quite delighted as well. Thanks Reshma for giving me this opportunity to add a clay pot to my kitchen! |
