Elevenchery knife is a multipurpose kitchen knife, suitable to all the cutting purposes. It is made from Iron, with wooden handle, made by traditional blacksmiths of Elavanchery of Palakkad, in Kerala. This knife has a fabulous finishing and it is durable also.

Cleaning:
Cleaning of this knife is also easy. After every use the knife should be cleaned and kept inside. For regular cleaning, a brush dipped in soap water can be used. For a thorough cleaning after cutting through a jackfruit, little coconut oil can be used first and then soap water can be used.
